Terms of Service

1) Entertainment-only social casino (no real-money gambling)

The Service is a social casino for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling. No real-world prizes or items of real-world value are awarded. Virtual coins/credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or anything of value.

2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal gambling age in your province/territory (if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent you meet these requirements.

3) Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

4) Virtual items and purchases (if available)

• Virtual coins/credits are licensed, not sold, and may be modified or removed.
• Any purchase is for entertainment access only and does not create property rights.
• All sales are final to the extent permitted by applicable law, and no cash-out is available.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or use bots or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt to access systems without authorization.
• Do not buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, content, trademarks, and game assets. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, NorthernLightsJoy Inc. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorthernLightsJoy Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

9) Suspension, termination, and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Dispute resolution and governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
